You have over 8 years of experience and possess skills in Oracle PL/SQL, RevPro Exp, and RightRev Exp. The job is located in Chennai and requires immediate availability for a hybrid work setup with morning and evening shifts. As an Application Support Specialist, your key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving complex application issues utilizing your expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and Snowflake. You will be expected to perform advanced debugging, optimize SQL queries and stored procedures, troubleshoot data integrity and security issues, and collaborate with different teams to resolve technical problems efficiently. Automation of operational tasks, technical documentation maintenance, data validation, and collaboration with vendors are also part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 8+ years of experience in Application Support with a focus on Revenue Management Systems, and a strong background in Oracle PL/SQL development. Your expertise should include handling large datasets, optimizing queries, and troubleshooting performance issues. Proficiency in Snowflake data warehouse solutions, ETL processes, and database performance tuning is essential. Additionally, you should be willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and microservices architecture. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
