Worst after Service observer,I have to go to multiple locations like narol and Vadaj for battery issue now they ask me to wait for 2 months for replacement of the Battery

I have purchased RV400 in Aug 2022. Battery dead in just 2 years. I have submitted battery on 29th July,2024 till date I didn’t got it back. I told very poor service. Do not buy it.

Not giving answer propely and not taking my bick for service station . I am at middle of the rood not answering the call.

They are all fraud.... They don't have any care for customer after sales service... They didn't even pick up the call....

Third class service and also third class commitment from showroom executives also manager never purchase this bike

I have personally received best services whenever demanded! Ankit, Mohit, Arjun, Pratham and the Manager of the Vadaj branch are very supportive!! I remember the guy Pratham got injured doing the service... then too he came back from the hospital and assisted the other workers!!
