Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide in-depth product knowledge on our range of home furnishings, including blankets, cushions, bedding, and more. Process customer transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payments. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and display area. Keep track of stock levels and inform management of low inventory or reordering needs. Upsell products and promote ongoing discounts or promotions to drive sales. Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards to attract customer attention. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing or textile industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and engage customers. Good communication skills in English and local languages. Basic math skills for handling transactions and payments. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash or card transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
