As an Architectural Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in various stages of the design and construction process. Your responsibilities will include participating in specifier trainings to share innovative solutions, verifying and modeling existing conditions, collaborating with Design Managers to develop schematic designs and construction drawings, providing drawing support for minor design requests, and assisting in project development scheduling. You will need to stay updated on project progress from planning to construction, coordinate drawings with external consultants, and contribute to the Revit/BIM Committee. In this role, it is essential to have 4-6 years of experience in a professional office environment. You should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously. Your commitment to the success of project teams is crucial. An associate degree or certification in CAD Drafting or a related field is required, along with a Certification as a Construction Document Technologist (CDT) from the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) or an equivalent A/E certification. Remaining informed about industry trends and new technologies that can benefit the department is also part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to establish and uphold drafting and modeling best practices within the department. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will have a total of 4 years of work experience.
