Revit Structural Modeler

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced BIM Structural Engineer/Modeler with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in structural modeling, detailing, and coordination using Revit and related BIM tools. The ideal candidate should have strong structural domain knowledge and the ability to work independently on project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and manage Structural BIM models in Revit for concrete, steel, and composite structures.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and reinforcement detailing.
• Coordinate with Architecture and MEP teams to ensure clash-free and well-coordinated models.
• Interpret structural design drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations.
• Maintain model accuracy, level of detail (LOD), and documentation as per project standards.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
• Support project team with accurate model updates and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project workflows, and QA/QC standards.
• Assist in creating families, templates, and BIM libraries as required.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Structural BIM modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of structural elements (Concrete, Steel, Foundations, Retaining Walls, Slabs, Beams, Columns, etc.).
• Experience in Rebar modeling and detailing is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with international standards preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
