Required Skills • Ability to read and comprehend schematics, technical submittals, drawings, and project specifications. • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Experience in setting up and producing Revit models. • Ensuring there are enough resources and inputs to deliver projects effectively. Ability to plan deliverables systematically. • Create service designs to support the development of coordinated models. • Provide input into technical standards, templates, workflows, and procedures to enhance the quality of deliverables. • Facilitate BIM Standards & ISO 19650 standards development and implementation. Flexibility to work with US/Canada Region Standards. • Knowledge of national codes is essential for compliance and safety regulations.
