We at nCircle Tech are seeking a talented Revit Technical Lead with a passion for developing programs in the domain of CAD/CAD/CAE/3D visualization. As a Revit Technical Lead, you will have extensive experience in Revit API development and leading technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions in the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with team members to translate clients" engineering requirements into elegant working software and actively participating in the technical evaluation of prospects" requirements. You will interact with client representatives and stakeholders to map business needs to technical requirements, assess problem situations, and lead the development and implementation of custom solutions using Revit API. In this role, you will work within an Agile environment, closely collaborating with other team members on a daily basis. Additionally, you will design and implement code changes, mentor and guide junior developers on best practices for Revit API development, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines through code reviews. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3 years of experience developing applications using Revit API and C#, with hands-on experience in Revit API development, Revit Automation, or Revit PlugIn Development. You should be open to learning new technologies, take ownership of assigned tasks, and demonstrate proactive behavior in grabbing opportunities. Strong communication skills, a proven track record of leading technical teams, and proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and Python are essential. Preferred qualifications include a degree in B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech, MCA, or MSc, along with a strong understanding of basic Geometry concepts. Experience working in the architectural, engineering, or construction industry is a plus.
