As a talented Revit API Lead at nCircle Tech Private Limited, your role will involve playing a crucial part in the development of cutting-edge software for 3D visualization. You will collaborate with team members to transform client engineering requirements into functional software solutions, lead technical teams, and deliver high-quality solutions within the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Key Responsibilities: - Translate clients' engineering requirements into elegant working software in collaboration with team members. - Participate actively in evaluating prospects' requirements and assist the team in generating estimates. - Engage with client representatives, stakeholders, and end users to align business needs with technical requirements. - Identify problem situations, analyze causes, gather relevant information, propose solutions, and recommend resolutions. - Work within an Agile environment, closely collaborating with other Agile team members daily. - Design and implement code changes effectively. - Lead the development and deployment of custom solutions using Revit API to enhance efficiency and functionality in architectural design and engineering workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and software developers, to understand requirements and design appropriate solutions. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on best practices for Revit API development. - Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and architectural guidelines. - Investigate and resolve issues related to Revit API integrations promptly. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Revit API technology and integrate relevant innovations into project solutions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in developing applications using Revit and C# with a strong codecraft. - Hands-on experience in Revit API development, Revit Automation, and Revit PlugIn Development. - A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Ownership of assigned tasks and a proactive approach in seizing opportunities. - Proficiency in verbal and written communication. - Demonstrated track record of leading technical teams and successfully delivering complex projects. - Proficient in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and Python. - Sound understanding of Revit software architecture and its API capabilities. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues. - Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Experience in the architectural, engineering, or construction industry is considered a plus.
