TSR Review Exposure Experience in reviewing of title search reports Experience in drafting and reviewing land agreements like lease deeds, land facilitation agreements and sale deeds Understanding of local laws with respect to land acquisition Experience in handling land related litigation. Stay updated with state land laws, property laws and local laws including in-depth knowledge of land revenue act, stamp & registration act, forest conservation act etc. Deal with all legal issues relating to conversion of agricultural land, mutation, exchange, amalgamation of land, stamp duty and registration of documents, review of title search reports.
