We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Process and Customer Quality professional (QMPP) to join Schaeffler India Ltd (formerly Vitesco Technologies) at the Pune, Talegaon Plant. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet internal specifications and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will spearhead continuous improvement efforts, manage quality systems, and collaborate with various departments to enhance product and process quality. Responsibilities: - Lead systematic problem-solving for internal process rejections using standards and systems. - Define and implement a roadmap to achieve Quality KPIs for processes. - Manage top issues with a structured approach to prevent recurrence. - Plan and execute manufacturing quality audits like process audit, product audit, layered process audit, and system audit. - Handle product-process change management activities. - Implement and enhance SPC and MSA. - Drive adherence to systems in processes including Safe Launch activities, Change Management, control plan, PPAP, and more. - Define the handling of non-conforming parts regularly. - Lead systematic problem-solving for customer complaints related to manufacturing processes. - Lead customer process-product-system audits and ensure closure of any observations. - Improve process and system performance through a systemic approach. Qualifications: - Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics) with 8+ years of experience. - Minimum 7-9 years of experience in the Automotive industry, preferably in Electronics / Mechatronics product manufacturing. - Experience in handling customers like Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Kia, Tata Motors, Stellantis, Honda, etc. Our Offering: - Great company culture. - Flexi benefits & Relocation benefits. - Health & Life insurance. - Opportunity to be a key part of a growing organization. - Competitive compensation and benefits.
