Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for Reverse Logistics. Responsible for timely pickups from customers. Need to minimize the TAT failure. Tracking & maintaining data of daily shipments. Managing Return to shipper shipments and to work continuously on improvement in seller experience. Ensure smooth execution of Reverse operations. Preparation of MIS reports. Ensuring process are followed to minimalize loses & drive cost saving initiatives Required Skills/Abilities: 1. Good Excel knowledge. 2. English and Regional Language fluency is Must. 3. 1+ Years Experience. 4. Geographical Knowledge.
