Material Development & Prototyping: Lead the development of new NVH material composites focused on lightweighting and acoustic performance . Design and engineer prototype samples based on OEM specifications and application requirements. Project Leadership: Manage development programs from concept to validationincluding BOM generation, prototyping, functional testing, and customer approval. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and technical sales to ensure project milestones are met. Acoustic Testing & Analysis: Conduct sound absorption, insulation, and transmission loss testing on materials and assemblies. Perform benchmarking studies and conduct gap analysis. Data Management & Reporting: Compile and analyze technical data from lab tests and simulations to draw actionable conclusions. Document results, propose enhancements, and support the preparation of reports and presentations for OEM customers. OEM Compliance & Validation: Ensure materials and parts comply with OEM NVH performance standards and testing protocols . Coordinate with customers for validation trials and provide technical support during audits and reviews.
