Revenue Accountant 1

As a Revenue Accountant at Verint, you will play a crucial role in the Finance Function by ensuring timely and accurate processing of SaaS usage transactions within the IVR business line. Your responsibilities will include compiling customer data, analyzing telecom billings, facilitating accurate billing of IVR SaaS transactions, and investigating usage fluctuations and billing inquiries. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate billing information and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Compile customer, transaction, and usage information to generate monthly billing amounts - Review, reconcile, and analyze telecom billings on a monthly basis - Facilitate accurate booking and billing of IVR SaaS usage transactions - Analyze monthly usage fluctuations and respond to inquiries from stakeholders and customers - Recommend process changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy - Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures - Conduct ad hoc analyses as required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Information Technology or equivalent experience - Minimum of 4 years of accounting or finance experience with a strong background in account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis - Understanding of US GAAP and SaaS business model - Familiarity with the software and telecom industry At Verint, we are dedicated to transforming customer engagement and workforce productivity through CX Automation.
