Short Description (for Naukri) Hiring Area Sales Executives for Mumbai and Rajkot (Saurashtra region) . 24 years channel sales experience in building materials/pipes & fittings preferred. Drive dealer appointments, secondary sales, collections, schemes, merchandising, and market reach. Must know local market, have strong follow-ups, Excel/CRM skills, and a two-wheeler with license. Location Options Mumbai Territory: Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai Rajkot (Saurashtra) Territory: Rajkot and neighboring districts (e.g., Morbi, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Porbandar, Amreli, Bhavnagar) as assigned Role & Responsibilities Channel Development & Coverage Execute beat plans; expand active dealer network and sub-dealers/retailers. Deliver monthly primary billing and drive secondary sales at outlet level. Conduct product demos, plumber/influencer meets, and retailer activations. Ensure visibility & branding: planograms, POP/POSM, counters, display, and scheme communication. Revenue, Schemes & Collections Achieve volume/value targets, new SKU penetration, and range selling (CPVC/UPVC/SWR). Roll out dealer schemes, track achievements, verify claims, and prevent leakage. Execute price lists, manage credit within policy, and drive on-time collections & reconciliations. Market Intelligence & Service Track competitor prices, schemes, service levels, and share actionable inputs. Coordinate with Plant/HO for stock, dispatch ETAs, and complaint closures within TAT. Reporting & CRM Maintain daily call reports, outlet coverage, and funnel in CRM. Submit WSR/MSR, target vs achievement, and secondary/tertiary dashboards on time. Candidate Profile Experience: 2–4 years in channel sales (building materials/pipes/fittings/cement/paints/ply/CPVC/UPVC preferred). Education: Graduate (BBA/B.Com/BE, etc.); MBA/PG (Marketing/Sales) is a plus. Skills: Strong negotiation & relationship-building, disciplined follow-ups, Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIF), basic CRM usage, email etiquette. Languages: Mumbai: English/Hindi (Marathi preferred) Rajkot/Saurashtra: English/Hindi (Gujarati preferred) Other: Valid two-wheeler & driving license ; willingness to travel 15–20 days/month. Compensation & Benefits Fixed: 25,000–35,000 per month (based on experience). Incentives/TA-DA: As per company policy. Tools of trade and benefits as applicable. Reporting Reports to ASM/RSM/ZM (as assigned); coordinates closely with Sales Coordinator & Accounts.
