Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed inspection and evaluation of pre-owned cars at customer locations. Assess the vehicles condition including engine, transmission, electricals, bodywork, and interiors. Identify accidental damages, wear & tear, and overall health of the car. Generate accurate reports of the vehicles condition for pricing/quotation purposes. Interact with customers professionally and explain findings in simple terms. Ensure transparency and honesty during vehicle evaluation. Maintain records of inspections and submit reports in a timely manner. 1. 4-6 years of technician/mechanic experience. 2. ITI/Diploma. 3. No service advisor experience. 4. No commercial vehicle experience. 5. No rival company experience i.e., Cars24, Gaadi.com, Rev, OLX, Car Dekho, Carwale, Car trade. 6. Experience in OEM based companies i.e., Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value is accepted. 7. No Plant/manufacturing-based experience. 8. Can read and understand basic English. 9. License and Driving skills are mandatory 10. It is a field job. He must visit the customers place and evaluate the car.

Job purpose: As an ELV Engineer Modeller, you will be responsible for delivering all ICT, Security, and ELV components for various built environment projects across multiple global regions. You should demonstrate strong project design and modelling skills in ICT, Security, and ELV systems for major international projects. Duties and responsibilities: Identify the project scope and coordinate activities among MEP and other project stakeholders. - Deliver design models and manage the team, ensuring end-to-end design experience for ICT, Security, and ELV systems. Design and model ICT, Security, and ELV systems for all types of buildings, from concept design to detailed design. Ensure ICT, Security, and ELV system design and model conform to standards such as TIA/EIA, BS, BICSI, TRA, SIRA, ADMCC, Etisalat, and Du. Evaluate and advise on design model changes and non-conformities related to ICT, Security, and ELV systems to ensure all requirements are met. Develop suitable schematics. Perform BIM/Revit modelling, coordination, and conduct design reviews with Navisworks for model collaboration.
