In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and perfecting images across various digital and print media, ensuring that all visual content meets the highest quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines. Primary Responsibilities Perform high-quality retouching, including color correction, skin retouching, masking and silos, background adjustments, and image compositing to ensure visual consistency and appeal. Collaborate with photographers, designers, and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver images that align with creative briefs. Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in photo editing and retouching techniques. Utilize software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to execute professional-grade image enhancements. Ideal Candidate Required Proven experience as a Photo Retoucher or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end retouching skills with before/after stills. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for image manipulation and enhancement. Strong attention to detail, color accuracy, and aesthetic sensibility. Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Preferred Experience working in a creative agency or in-house creative team. Familiarity with additional tools such as Capture One or Affinity Photo. Basic knowledge of photography principles and techniques.
