This position requires an individual who can seamlessly transition from conceptualizing creative ideas to executing them through advanced image retouching. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in visual design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring innovative concepts to life through a combination of visualization and Creative retouching skills. (Expertise in CGI works, Creative image composition, High-end retouching, High quality of colour grading works.) Job Summary We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic designer with a passion for beauty and at least 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic creative team. You will be responsible for developing engaging and onbrand artwork/graphics for a variety of media, including digital platforms, social media, print materials, websites, and more. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, experience with image editing tools, and a good understanding of visual storytelling across different formats and platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality artwork for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and other digital and print assets. Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand communication. Perform color correction, background removal, and advanced image manipulation. Resize and repurpose visuals for different platforms (web, mobile, social, print). Design and develop creative packaging solutions that align with brand aesthetics and product requirements. Work with copywriters and creative team members to produce final designs. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Prepare and edit product images for online listings. Create and maintain visually compelling product listings. Maintain file naming conventions and version control. Skills Strong grasp of composition, layout, color theory, typography, color grading, high-end beauty retouching techniques, visual hierarchy Basic knowledge of video editing or animation tools is a plus Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Lightroom, Figma & other similar tools Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
