Collaboration & Communication: o Work closely with the design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs within deadlines. o Accept constructive feedback and make design adjustments to meet brand and campaign objectives. o Communicate design ideas effectively within the team and with external partners. 4. Trends & Quality Control: o Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing. o Ensure that all designs, animations, and videos meet high-quality standards. o Suggest improvements to enhance the visual appeal and impact of marketing materials. 5. Asset Management & Support: o Help organize and maintain a digital library of design assets to ensure easy access for the team. o Assist in photo/video editing, image retouching, and animation tasks as needed. Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: Freshers or students with up to 1 year of experience in graphic design and a passion for motion graphics and video editing. • Technical Skills: o Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). o Basic knowledge of 3D design software is a plus. o Understanding of motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools. o Experience with Canva or similar design platforms is an added advantage. • Creative Skills: o Ability to tell compelling visual stories through design and animation. o Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. • Interpersonal Skills: o Strong communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment. o Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
