Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a retired professional at GEO WORLD SECURITY. The position is based in Madurai and allows for a blend of on-site presence and remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include leveraging expertise in security operations, providing mentorship to teams, supporting the implementation of safety protocols, and assisting with strategic decision-making to enhance the organization's security measures.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Security Operations and Risk Management
• Proven ability in Leadership, Mentorship, and Staff Training
• Experience in Incident Response, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity Protocols and Contingency Planning
• Excellent decision-making skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with periodic travel to Madurai
• Previous experience in a senior security or leadership role is highly beneficial
