Cross-Functional Collaboration Liaise with the Product, Design, Operations, and Logistics teams for supply chain planning and order fulfillment. Coordinate with customer support to ensure frictionless post-sales service and feedback loops. 6. Data, Insights & Reporting Track KPIs including sessions, conversion rate, revenue, cart abandonment, bounce rate, etc. Use data tools (GA4, Hotjar, CRM dashboards, etc.) to extract insights and optimize performance.
