Role & responsibilities Drive leasing activities for retail, commercial, and corporate spaces in alignment with company goals. Source and engage with prospective tenants, brokers, and IPCs for leasing opportunities. Conduct property tours, presentations, and discussions with potential lessees. Negotiate and close lease deals including LOIs, lease agreements, and renewals. Maintain a strong leasing pipeline, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue generation. Coordinate with legal, design, and project management teams for fit-out approvals and handovers. Maintain a leasing tracker and generate regular updates on leads, negotiations, closures, and vacancies. Stay updated with local market trends, rental values, and competitor activity. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and retailers. Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing leasing insights and projections. Preferred candidate profile Experience with Real estate developers or Retail Industry, IPCs, or retail expansion teams preferred With 3 to 5 years of experience working for Commercial Leasing & Sales.
