As a Technical Portfolio Manager at Brillio, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, overseeing delivery, P&L, and technology needs. Your primary focus will be on utilizing your good working knowledge of Retail/CPG and product & platform engineering skills to drive success in eCommerce/Web/Mobile application development and platform/API solution development. You will be based in Bangalore and report directly to the Managing Director. In this role, you will need to demonstrate your expertise in technologies such as Java/.Net, AI, Cloud, Kafka, Middleware solutions, etc. It is essential for you to be hands-on with technology and willing to code when necessary. Your critical leadership qualities should include Customer Advocacy, an Owners Mindset, an Innovation Ethos, Execution with Pace, Big Picture Thinking, and Winning Through Teams. Your key responsibilities will involve managing a portfolio of accounts, technology evangelism, mentoring tech leads, and participating in presales activities to drive technology solutions. You will be expected to have experience in managing a portfolio of 10mn+ USD in terms of P&L responsibilities.
