Retail Team Manager

As a Floor Manager at Tanishq, you will have the following responsibilities: - Manage a team of sales officers and guide them in achieving monthly and annual sales targets. - Ensure high levels of customer service by monitoring follow-up on customer orders and responses to customer inquiries. - Assign targets to the sales team and ensure these targets are achieved. - Interact with customers to understand their needs, resolve customer complaints, and explain the features and benefits of different types of jewellery available at Tanishq. - Train members of the sales team on policies. Qualifications Required: - Fluency in KANNADA and ENGLISH. - Mandatory retail sales experience. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant jewellery experience. The job type is full-time with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts. Candidates should have a total work experience of 5 years. The work location is in person.,
