Retail Team Manager

You will be responsible for managing a team of sales officers to help them achieve monthly and annual sales targets. As the floor manager, you will ensure high levels of customer service by monitoring customer orders and responses to inquiries. Assigning sales targets and ensuring their achievement will be a key part of your role. You will also interact with customers to understand their needs, resolve complaints, and explain the features and benefits of jewellery available at Tanishq. Training the sales team on policies and procedures will also be part of your duties. Candidates must be fluent in KANNADA and ENGLISH and possess retail sales experience. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant jewellery experience. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during the day shift. To be considered for this role, candidates should have a total of 5 years of work experience. The work location will be in person.,
