Retail Team Manager

As a Floor Manager at Tanishq, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales officers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Guiding the sales team to meet sales goals and objectives - Ensuring high levels of customer service by monitoring follow-up on orders and responses to customer enquiries - Assigning targets to the sales team and ensuring they are achieved - Interacting with customers to understand their needs, resolve complaints, and explain the features and benefits of our jewellery - Training sales team members on company policies Qualifications required for this role include fluency in both KANNADA and ENGLISH, along with previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry. A minimum of 5 years of total work experience is also required.
