About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves field sales of surgical and medical products to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and distributors. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys meeting new people, understands sales targets, and has a passion for the medical industry – we’d love to hear from you! --- Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell surgical/medical products to clients in your assigned area Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals Generate leads and convert them into customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide product demonstrations and support during trials or queries Submit daily/weekly sales reports --- Requirements: Good communication and negotiation skills Interest in medical or surgical products Must be comfortable with fieldwork A two-wheeler is preferred Basic knowledge of Excel/Reporting Experience in pharma/medical sales is a plus --- What We Offer: Fixed monthly salary Attractive incentive structure (performance-based) Field allowances (if applicable) Training and growth opportunities in a growing industry Friendly and professional work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Language: English (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
