Retail Sales Associate

As a Store Sales Coordinator/Store Sales Executive/Store Sales Manager in the Home Decor industry based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Greet walk-in customers with a smile. - Explain product details to customers effectively. - Stay updated on current offers and engage in upselling and cross-selling activities. - Ensure accurate billing for every transaction. - Manage product display, handle new arrivals, and process returns for damaged items, if any. - Maintain the store ambience by overseeing lighting, fragrance, cleanliness, and decor. - Keep track of daily invoice records, incoming stock from the warehouse, outgoing sales from the store, and organize and maintain invoices in a dedicated file. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in retail store sales and operations. - Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel. - Proficiency in English and Kannada languages.
