As a Store Sales Coordinator / Store Sales Executive / Store Sales Manager in the Home Decor industry based in Bangalore, your role involves various responsibilities to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction. - Greet walk-in customers with a warm smile to create a welcoming atmosphere. - Provide detailed explanations about the products to the customers to assist them in making informed purchase decisions. - Stay updated on current offers to effectively upsell and cross-sell products to customers. - Ensure accurate billing for every transaction to maintain financial integrity. - Manage product display, handle new arrivals, and process returns for damaged items, if any. - Maintain the store ambience by taking care of lighting, fragrance, cleanliness, and decor to enhance the overall shopping experience. - Keep track of daily invoice records, incoming stock from the warehouse, outgoing sales from the store, and organize invoices efficiently in a dedicated file. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in retail store sales and operations. - Proficiency in using Google Sheets/Excel for maintaining records effectively. - Fluency in English and Kannada languages. Note: This job involves working full-time on a permanent basis with a schedule that includes day shifts, morning shifts, and rotational shifts. The work location is in person.
