1.Visit retail outlets daily to promote and sell company products
2.Develop and manage distribution network in assigned territory3.Ensure proper placement and visibility of products at retail counters4Take and process orders; coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries5.Collect payments as per credit terms and maintain account hygiene6.Onboard new retailers and build strong relationships with them7.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and stock movement8.Submit daily reports and meet monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred1+ years of field sales experience (FMCG/Retail preferred)Good communication and interpersonal skillsMust own a two-wheeler and valid driving licenseAbility to work independently and handle pressureBasic knowledge of MS Excel or sales apps is an added advantage
