Retail Sales Associate - Luggage brand

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:Greeting customers, answering questions, providing product information, and offering recommendations based on customer needs.
• Sales & Transactions:Processing purchases and returns, handling payments, and potentially cross-selling or upselling products.
• Store Maintenance:Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked, which may include restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Inventory Management:Assisting with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock or discrepancies.
• Loss Prevention:Monitoring the sales floor for suspicious activity and following security policies to prevent theft.
• Customer Service:Handling customer complaints and resolving issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.
• Teamwork:Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive work environment, and contribute to overall store success.
• Product Knowledge:Staying up-to-date on product features, promotions, and store policies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
