● Managing walk-in customers, and handling their issues & concerns.
● Helping them in selecting the products.
● Making them understand fabrics.
● Performing a quality check if required.
● Handling multiple roles in the store.
● Making sure the store is presentable at all times.
● Making a note of walk in customers.
Job Skills:
● Pleasing & polite attitude required. n
● Able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi.
● Should be able to handle customers with patience.
● Assist & guide them with the selections if required.
