About the Company

Miss Highness is a premium 925 silver jewellery brand offering stylish and quality jewellery collections. We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our retail team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Explain jewellery designs, product features, pricing, and care instructions to customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Handle billing, payments, packaging, and customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain proper product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store team for inventory management.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Follow store policies, opening and closing procedures, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle retail.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales ability and a target-oriented approach.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer and billing system knowledge is preferred.

Working Hours

9-hour rotational shifts, as per store requirements:

• 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
