As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in Inventory Planning & Retail Replenishment, ensuring replenishment to the network of supermarkets & hypermarkets, and overseeing Master Data Management. Your primary focus will be on maintaining in-stock levels as per assortment to guarantee availability to customers. Additionally, you will be instrumental in driving improvements within stores by monitoring stock levels, analyzing root causes of stock fluctuations, and implementing corrective actions. You will be involved in developing and managing vendor schedules for ordering and delivery, addressing production and supply challenges as they arise, and optimizing inventory in Distribution Centers and stores to capitalize on market trends. Your role will also entail replenishing stores, analyzing category-wise stock levels in new stores, collaborating with planners on inventory management, and enhancing assortment planning, parameter updating, and process efficiencies. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing stock supply to new store locations, creating dispatch plans for warehouses to align with store demands, handling stock liquidation, and pushing stocks based on store sales. Your duties will also include maintaining store inventory in line with demand and sales requirements.,
