Job Description

As an Assistant Pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient operations in a pharmacy or medical store environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers with their queries and needs. - Dispensing medications accurately. - Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. - Strong knowledge of medications, including their uses, dosages, and side effects. - Ability to read and understand prescriptions. - Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing software is a plus. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in counter sales at a pharmacy or medical store. The minimum education qualification required is higher secondary (12th pass).
