Retail Loss Prevention executive

You will be working as a Retail Loss Prevention Executive at Chemist Box Private Limited, a well-known multi-outlet retail pharmacy chain in Bihar with 13-14 physical stores. Your primary responsibility will be to implement loss prevention procedures to safeguard company assets, prevent theft, and minimize shortages and fraud. Your duties will include identifying, recommending, and implementing systems to minimize loss of merchandise, money, or company assets, auditing and investigating sources of known losses, conducting periodic inspections of stores and facilities to ensure proper functioning of surveillance and security equipment, developing and implementing policies and procedures to prevent theft at the point of sale or inventory storage areas, and preparing reports on the effectiveness of established prevention measures. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of retail operations, and familiarity with loss prevention strategies and procedures. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Management, or a related field is preferred, along with one to three years of experience in retail loss prevention. As a Retail Loss Prevention Executive, you must be able to access all the company's properties to inspect security measures. The salary for this position is in the range of 2.10 LPA to 2.50 LPA.
