Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for overall business performance and operations at the state level (Entire Rajasthan Own and exceed AOP, P&L, ROA, and ROE targets Drive growth in secured lending products Maximize revenue through cross-sell, renewals, top-ups, and balance transfer Use market insights to shape business strategy Identify locations, close leases, and oversee branch setup Drive direct sourcing via events, exhibitions, roadshows, and local connects Lead Regional Business Heads,Branch Heads, and team members Manage legal, regulatory, and collateral protocols Build local networks with legal, municipal, and fraud control bodies Leverage intelligence to drive business and mitigate risks Stay ahead of industry, customer, and competitor trends Ideal Candidate Profile CA or MBA 14-18 years of leadership experience in banks or NBFCs Proven P&L and multi-location team leadership Strong knowledge of LAP, Home Loans, SBL, and WC Finance Sales and collections experience in MSME, B2B, and B2C segments Excellent communication and relationship skills Willingness to travel extensively
