Role & responsibilities Job Title: Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing Job location: Coimbatore Job Type: Permanent/On Roll Interview: Virtual Department: Marketing Key Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or retail. Hands-on with campaign planning, content briefing, and cross-functional coordination. Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling with an understanding of both traditional luxury and new-age digital culture. Good communication and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel projects. Age should be 20-35 years. Principal Accountabilities: Brand Strategy Support Assist in executing brand marketing plans across offline (retail, events) and online (social, website) platforms. Maintain consistency in brand identity and communication across all customer touchpoints. Coordinate brand calendar rollouts for campaigns, festive launches, and regional activations. Product & Collection Coordination Work closely with design and merchandising teams on product naming, packaging, and storytelling. Support new collection launches with marketing inputs, sample coordination, and content planning. Help create product decks, look books, and training tools for internal teams. Campaign Planning & Execution Support the end-to-end rollout of brand campaigns from asset planning and approvals to execution across print, digital, and in-store. Coordinate with creative, digital, and showroom teams to ensure timely execution. Track campaign performance and share weekly reports on reach, engagement, and sales impact. Retail & Digital Integration Assist in aligning retail storytelling (VM, POS materials, in-store experience) with online campaigns. Help build CRM campaigns, influencer collaborations, and festive initiatives. Support e-commerce and social teams with brand content, copy, and visual coordination. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the link between brand, creative, media, PR, and retail operations teams. Ensure timely approvals, follow-ups, and execution across departments. Maintain brand trackers, budget sheets, and campaign calendars. Research & Insights Monitor competitor activity and market trends both in traditional luxury retail and digital channels.
