As the Head of Visual Merchandising (VM) at Broadway, a premium multi-brand retail destination, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the creative vision of Broadways in-store experience across all locations. Your strategic thinking and hands-on execution will be instrumental in ensuring that every Broadway store is a dynamic, inspiring, and commercially successful environment. Collaborating closely with category, brand, operations, and marketing teams, you will create visually compelling storytelling that enhances customer journeys and drives sales. Your key responsibilities will include defining and implementing Broadways VM strategy in alignment with brand positioning and customer experience goals, building and leading a best-in-class VM team, translating global and local trends into actionable VM concepts, leading the design and rollout of various visual elements in-store, collaborating with marketing and category teams for campaign support, maintaining Broadways design language and aesthetics, owning the end-to-end VM calendar, standardizing VM guidelines and SOPs, managing vendor partnerships, monitoring the commercial impact of VM strategies, gathering insights for continuous improvement, and ensuring high standards through audits and store walk-throughs. The ideal candidate for this role should have 8-12 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within premium retail, with a strong background in department stores, fashion, and lifestyle. Experience in the beauty sector is a must. You should possess proven leadership skills in multi-store, multi-format environments, a strong aesthetic sense, experience working with digital-native brands, agility, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and excellent project management, vendor management, and team leadership skills.
