Description
You are a visionary and hands-on Gen AI Architect responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions within the Retail domain. Your role is crucial in shaping the AI strategy, creating innovative offerings, and ensuring client success through impactful PoCs and solutions. Working closely with the CTO and Retail strategy office, you will define the AI roadmap, manage a team of engineers and architects, and represent the company in client engagements and industry forums. Your key responsibilities will include architecting and leading the development of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions customized for retail use cases such as personalized shopping, intelligent agents, and supply chain optimization. You will collaborate with the CTO to define AI strategy, develop solution blueprints, and create innovation roadmaps. Additionally, you will design and build scalable PoCs, MVPs, and production-grade solutions using state-of-the-art GenAI tools and frameworks. Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and architects, you will cultivate a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous learning. Engaging with clients, you will present PoVs, conduct workshops, and communicate the value of GenAI solutions through compelling storytelling and technical depth. By ensuring Engineering Excellence, you will implement best practices in TDD, BDD, DevSecOps, and microservices architecture. Your required skills and experience include expertise in AI/ML & GenAI, with proven hands-on experience in LLMs, GenAI frameworks, Agentic AI tools, vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and orchestration. In terms of Engineering & Architecture, you should have a strong background in Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Cloud platforms, CI/CD, DevSecOps, TDD/BDD, and containerization. Leadership & Communication skills are essential, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences through exceptional storytelling and articulation. Experience in client-facing roles, workshops, demos, and executive presentations is valuable. Being able to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment is a key requirement. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field, certifications in AI/ML and Cloud (GCP or Azure), and experience in the Retail domain or consumer-facing industries.
