We are hiring a Deputy CEO - Forex Business to support the CEO in driving business growth, operational excellence, and compliance across our Forex and Remittance verticals. The role calls for a senior professional with deep expertise in foreign exchange markets, regulatory frameworks (AD I, AD II), and a strategic approach to business building. Define and execute growth strategies across retail, B2B, and digital forex channels. Identify and develop new business avenues in Forex and allied services (e.g., travel forex, corporate solutions). Play a key role in branch network expansion, channel partner alliances, and digital platform initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to shape long-term vision and drive short- and medium-term business goals. Monitor global currency trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical developments impacting forex. Leverage market insights to drive pricing, product positioning, and business diversification. Ensure full compliance with RBI/FEMA/AML/KYC regulations across all branches and channels. Interface with regulators, auditors, and banking partners (AD I / AD II) for licensing, governance, and reporting. Standardize SOPs and implement operational best practices across branches. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution and adherence to controls. Drive a data-first culture by overseeing the preparation and review of real-time dashboards tracking branch-wise and product-wise performance, sales trends, funnel metrics, and key financial and operational KPIs, while presenting insightful performance reports with gap analysis and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board. Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for branches and sales teams. Track productivity, customer acquisition/retention, and ensure achievement of commercial goals. Mentor and lead cross-functional teams across sales, operations, treasury, compliance, and accounts. Foster a high-performance, customer-focused, and process-driven culture. Lead talent acquisition (in coordination with HR), succession planning, and team capability development. Strengthen strategic relationships with banks (AD I), fintechs, B2B clients, agents, and remittance partners. Lead vendor assessments and commercial negotiations to enhance service delivery and operational cost-efficiency.
