Retail Finance Coordinator

The main responsibilities of this role involve providing Customer Financing Support by assisting customers in understanding finance options, explaining interest rates and financing terms, as well as collecting and verifying financial documents. Additionally, the role includes Loan Processing tasks such as submitting loan applications, following up on approvals, and ensuring timely communication between customers and finance providers. Another key aspect of the role is Documentation & Compliance, where the incumbent is responsible for ensuring all finance-related documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements. This includes maintaining records of all finance deals and preparing reports on finance approvals, rejections, and pending applications. Coordination is a crucial part of this role, involving acting as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and financial institutions. The incumbent will also work closely with the accounts team for reconciliation and finance-related reporting, as well as support the delivery team in ensuring timely vehicle delivery post-finance clearance. Reporting & Analysis tasks include monitoring and reporting on finance conversion rates, as well as providing feedback on customer preferences and banking partner performance.
