Retail Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and store policies in person, over the phone, or through online chat.
• Actively listen to customer concerns and address issues promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and find solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Process returns and exchanges according to company guidelines.
• Assist with product demonstrations and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
• Sales Support:
• Promote current sales and promotions to customers
• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
• Assist with checkout process, including handling payments and wrapping purchases
• Operational Tasks:
• Maintain knowledge of current product inventory and stock levels
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized
• Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
• Utilize point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately
• Update customer information in the database as needed

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with customers and address inquiries
• Customer Service Focus: Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships

• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and customer databases
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other retail associates and management
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and adjust to changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
