Job Description Responsible for implementing various customer programs (payment, loyalty, campaigns, research, analytics, etc.) across segments (retail and fleet) and managing all the related activities. Accountabilities RESPONSIBILITIES ACTIVITIES 1 Implement and Manage payment and rewards programs for fleet and non-fleet customer segments in the Business State Roll-out fleet loyalty program & payment programs and ensure that the required acquiring set-up is created across the Business State. Responsible for customer acquisition, activation and retention for various customer loyalty programs Lead enrolment and activation process of HSD customers on fleet program State Head - Ops State Fleet Manager Regional Head - Ops Develop robust and detailed customer database with proper checks and balances Track competitor activities and develop plans with field to retain/increase our market share 2Manage program related activities for various payment and rewards program Market feedback to improve loyalty policies and processes across levels (both centrally & at Business State level) Co-ordinate with Operations team, Finance, Accounts and IT for seamless settlement of payments for dealers and rewards for customer programs (fleet & retail) Integrate Retail Automation with Payment programs (fleet & retail) Train field and franchisees for roll-out and implementation of all customer programs Manage redemption experience with minimal/real time delivery and strive to increase redemption Leverage analytics to support profitable business growth. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, planning, developing, and executing business, financial, and operational systems to support the fundamental functions and business processes of the organization. Your role will involve collecting and analyzing data to support business projects and operations efficiently. You will play a crucial part in documenting reports on identified system issues along with technical solutions. As a lead business analyst, you must possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to assist other business analyst professionals in enhancing the systems effectively. Working closely with multiple teams and leading large projects across various verticals such as Refinery, Marketing, specifically in Retail automation, is a key aspect of this role. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert and Domain expert to aid businesses in finalizing new business processes and implementing industry best practices. Collaborating with IT vendors and internal business teams for new projects and support will be part of your responsibilities. Managing the Capex and Opex budget approval process as per DOA will be essential. You will also work closely with the Center of Excellence (COE) team to conduct POC and induct new and emerging technologies for the organization. As a Business Analyst, you will be the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for resolving issues encountered by the Business Community in Refinery S&D, Marketing Retail Automation, and other related projects. Your role will require working with IT vendors, managing project budgets, and ensuring successful project implementations. Your responsibilities will include project management activities such as finalizing the Scope of Work document, working with IT vendors for new business requirements, managing budget approvals, technical evaluations, and ensuring smooth project implementation. Additionally, you will be involved in data analysis, quality assurance, solution delivery, supply & distribution, retail automation, business acumen, stakeholder management, compliance, and security. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree (Technical or non-technical) such as B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc. / M.Com / MCA or any suitable degree. You are expected to have 12 - 15 years of relevant functional experience, with at least 8 to 10 years of experience working as a business analyst.,
