Retail Assistant Merchandiser

Role Overview: You will be responsible for various tasks related to store management, stock monitoring, client coordination, and product merchandising. Your role will also involve handling online order processing and maintaining accurate documentation. Additionally, you will assist the senior merchandiser in day-to-day activities and ensure timely communication with stores and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Possess basic knowledge of Photoshop, Coral Draw, Page-maker, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet. - Handle online order processing for E-Commerce. - Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate documentation. - Follow up on dispatch statuses with Courier Company. - Coordinate with stores, clients, and production team for smooth operations. - Assist in product merchandising activities. - Organize store files and maintain an organized system. - Coordinate with the purchase/store department for raw material requirements. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. - Graduation degree. - Good communication skills.
