Roles and Responsibilities Manage relationships with existing customers to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of gold loan products. Identify new business opportunities by visiting potential clients and acquiring new customers for the company's gold loan services. Develop a strong understanding of various financial products such as home loans, personal loans, auto loans, mortgage loans, housing loans, retail assets, vehicle finance, etc. to provide tailored solutions to customers. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to gold loan applications processing. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
