You are a dynamic and creative Regional Visual Merchandiser responsible for leading the visual merchandising strategy and execution in MP, CG, Mumbai & Pune markets. Your main goal is to create captivating in-store visual experiences that align with the brand identity, drive customer engagement, footfall, and conversions. Your key responsibilities include ensuring high standards of visual merchandising in all stores within the region, developing visually appealing displays following brand guidelines, planning and executing store window displays, seasonal themes, and product launches. You will collaborate with store teams and internal stakeholders to maintain consistency and quality, provide training on best practices, conduct store visits and audits, and support marketing campaigns. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in Visual Merchandising, a strong design sense, proficiency in design tools, excellent project management skills, and effective communication abilities. Flexibility to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced retail environment is crucial. Ideally, you hold a degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in a retail VM role within the fashion/apparel/lifestyle sector. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple store roll-outs make you the ideal candidate for this position.,
