Energy Analyst Renewable Energy Job Description: The Energy Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to energy consumption, generation, and efficiency in renewable energy projects. This role supports strategic decision-making and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: Analyze energy production and consumption data from solar, wind, and hybrid systems Perform energy yield assessments and performance benchmarking Develop models to forecast energy generation and ROI Support feasibility studies and techno-economic evaluations Prepare reports and dashboards for internal and client use Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve system efficiency Stay updated on energy market trends and regulatory changes Qualifications: B.E./BTech in Energy, Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering MTech or MBA in Energy Management (preferred) Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Python, MATLAB, or R Experience with PVsyst, HOMER, RET Screen Strong analytical and statistical skills Report writing and data visualization
