Your responsibilities will include ensuring ethical AI implementation, implementing AI for automated job descriptions, resume scoring, and candidate recommendations, and overseeing AI-powered chatbots and workforce planning. You will be responsible for leading AI research & development in areas such as NLP, machine learning, and predictive analytics. Leveraging Generative AI for automating job descriptions, Conversational AI for chatbots, and Transformative AI for workforce planning will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for AI implementation, assess third-party AI tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into HRTech solutions. Your technical expertise in NLP, machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics, along with leadership skills in aligning AI innovation with business goals, will be essential.
