Job Description: Resume Developer / Resume Writer Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Resume Developer to craft professional, ATS-friendly resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, a deep understanding of recruitment trends, and the ability to highlight client achievements effectively. Key Responsibilities Develop customized, ATS-optimized resumes and cover letters for clients across multiple domains and career levels. Conduct client consultations to gather career history, achievements, and career goals. Research industry-specific keywords and job market trends to align resumes with employer expectations. Create visually appealing, professional resume formats that highlight client strengths. Edit, proofread, and polish content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and consistency. Optimize LinkedIn profiles to enhance clients professional branding and visibility. Deliver projects within strict deadlines while ensuring high quality and client satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in resume writing / career services / content writing . Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and keyword optimization. Ability to work with clients from entry-level to senior leadership roles. Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and design/editing tools (preferred). Excellent research and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. Preferred Qualifications Experience with global resume formats (US, UK, Canada, Middle East, India). Knowledge of personal branding and career coaching. Creative ability to design modern, recruiter-friendly templates.
