Fluency in Tamil and proficiency in English, sales acumen, knowledge of regional social media platforms (especially in the Astrology & devotion category), familiarity with ShareChat, independence in work, ability to handle pressure, effective communication skills, results-oriented mindset, organizational capabilities, and a degree in Business Administration or Marketing would be advantageous.
