As an Infoscion, your main responsibility will involve leading engagement efforts to deliver high-quality consulting solutions to customers at various stages of problem-solving, from defining issues to designing, developing, and deploying solutions. You will be tasked with reviewing proposals, offering guidance, analyzing solutions, identifying risks, and proposing structured change management approaches. Additionally, you will coach and inspire team members, provide subject matter training, and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to ensure the delivery of top-notch consulting solutions to clients in alignment with organizational guidelines and processes. You must hold a bachelor's or equivalent degree and possess a minimum of 9 years of experience in Portal and Mobile application development on SAP Platforms. Proficiency in software development using HTML5, JavaScript, Node.js, SAPUI5, and Fiori is essential, along with experience in developing SAP Cloud Platform-based applications. Expertise in Fiori apps implementation, including configurations, and the ability to build custom Fiori applications using SAP Cloud Platform and eclipse are required. Familiarity with SAP Web IDE, REST/Web service integration, Fiori design patterns, UI Theme designer, Fiori Launchpad configurations, and database experience with SAP or S/4 HANA is crucial. You should also be able to provide techno-functional support on SAP UI/UX functionality and assist in integrating front-end UI/UX components with back-end technical and application components. Moreover, having knowledge of software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, awareness of industry trends, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively is important. Familiarity with industry domains, financial processes for projects, pricing models, client interfacing skills, SDLC, agile methodologies, project management, and team management is necessary.
